Five things i would personally look in an employee would have to be:
one cleaness, neatness, appearence
two how they do the job i need done
three what kind of photos they take
is it all of the ones that i offer or just some?
four is the resume correctlyfilled out and is it fill out completely?
five do they have a record/are they trustworthly
thats things that i would ask how about you?
